In my practice, I work with individuals and couples who may look like they are managing well on the outside, but privately feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure what needs to change. Some clients come in because their relationship feels painful or uncertain. Others are navigating grief, stress, self-doubt, dating patterns, major transitions, or the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together.

Therapy with me is active and collaborative. I help clients slow down what is happening, understand the patterns underneath it, and begin moving toward greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

In addition to my private practice, I am an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology. My academic, clinical, and supervisory work has focused extensively on romantic relationships, relationship interventions, trauma, and flexible approaches to improving relationship health.
