Therapy for individuals and couples seeking clarity and change
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in intimate relationships. I help individuals and couples identify the patterns that shape how they connect, cope, and move through difficult seasons of life.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based methodologies, encompassing integrative behavioral couple therapy, third-wave behavioral principles, as well as emotion-, attachment-, and trauma-informed care.
I work with individuals and couples who may look like they are managing well on the outside, but privately feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure what or how to change. Some clients come in because their relationship feels painful or uncertain. Others are navigating grief, stress, self-doubt, dating patterns, major transitions, or the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together.
Professional background
In addition to my private practice, I am an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology. My academic, clinical, and supervisory work has focused extensively on romantic relationships, relationship interventions, trauma, and flexible approaches to improving relationship health.
This background shapes the way I practice. I bring specialized expertise in relationship science and couple therapy, while keeping the work practical, human, and responsive to the person or couple in front of me.
